The client of Executive Grow is fast growing asset based road cargo transport company, providing services in NorthWestern Europe. Company is searching for highly professional and well experienced SALES MANAGER.

Goals, job description, tasks:

  • Identify and develop long term business strategies in local and foreign markets;
  • Search for new business opportunities in order to maximize the Company’s profitability and volumes;
  • Establish and maintain potential large client relationships, successful negotiation and development in Swedish, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Denmark markets;
  • Business development by increasing clients portfolio;
  • Assure profitable sales performance;
  • Be responsible for company’s performance;
  • Build high performance sales team by creating an enthusiastic and committed team environment;
  • Represent and promote the Company in front of internal and external stakeholders.

Skills, proficiencies required:

  • Ability and braveness to persuade and influence others, record of successful negotiation;
  • At least 5 years’ successful experience in sales and you may provide evidences of your successfully achieved results;
  • Have a natural desire to achieve the bets results, strongly orientated to long-term business;
  • Have strong strategical and analytical thinking, ambitious to seek for changes and accomplish it;
  • Ability to control processes, risk management and preventional skills;
  • Very good English skills (written and spoken), German and Swedish languages – advantage;
  • Have strong verbal and written communication skills with individuals or groups;
  • Motivated, responsible and goal-orientated.
