The team of “AVAD Baltic” UAB actively participates in the adaptation and implementation of Apple technologies by helping to raise the qualifications of business and education sector specialists, along with training and consulting professionals on how to use state-of-the-art Apple technologies.

Established in 2007, “AVAD Baltic” UAB is one of the companies in the Lithuanian capital Acme Grupė.


Job Summary:

The APR (Apple Premium Reseller) Business Development Lead is responsible for developing and managing the entire business of one of the key Apple sales channels – Apple Premium Resellers – in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia.

The role requires setting the strategic direction for the Baltic APR channel, to perform against overall goals and act tactically, have a team-oriented approach to driving business, collaborate successfully with key stakeholders.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic account planning and annual, quarterly business planning and review for all channel partners;
  • Manage development of APR program, including coverage plans for Baltic countries;
  • Lead channel marketing communication, including development, planning and execution of marketing campaigns with channel partners;
  • Deliver timely and accurate forecasting, manage performance and meet target goals in the channel;
  • Understand complex sales cycles, build consensus throughout multiple levels of organizations;
  • Negotiate with shopping malls, banks, insurance companies and other parties in order to build relevant infrastructure;
  • Work with training resources to ensure adequate levels of product knowledge are maintained within each channel partner;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with channel programs, marketing, operations and with other channels leaders to achieve growth ambitions for the channel;
  • Conduct all business activities ethically and in line with company procedures and guidelines;
  • Able to travel within the Baltic countries.


  • Expertise and knowledge of premium retail / IT products retail business;
  • C-Level relationship capability, excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong supervisory, leadership, interpersonal, customer centric mentality;
  • Ability to work on own initiative, manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced demanding environment;
  • Understanding of Apple technology, mobility services and solutions would be an advantage;
  • Management track record;
  • Higher education;
  • Ability to analyze complex data and convert into insights;
  • Language skills: fluent in English and in Russian;
  • Driver’s license.
